Stripping the epoxy

The first set of pictures here show the initial test I did with Automotive Nitromors. I painted it onto an area where the epoxy was 100% perfect, along the top of the frame. I left it sit for 15 minutes. When I saw the paint begin to bubble up, I scraped it off with a paint scraper. It took all the paint off, right down to clean bare metal.

The second set of pictures show the chassis on its side, being painted with Nitromors. Its a very labour intensive way of stripping the epoxy, and it sometimes leaves patches of epoxy still stuck to the metal. I'd recommend it if you needed to strip a small area of the chassis, but not the whole chassis.
